Edison Home Phonograph with Morning Glory Horn

ca. 1908

An orginal Edison Home Phonograph, made in Orange, New Jersey. The quarter-sawn oak case measures 12" tall by 9" wide by 18" long and the "Morning Glory" Horn is red with painted flowers, measuring 23" long by 23" in diameter. The Edison phonograph plays a wax cylinder and was the first form of home entertainment.
