S.G. Brown Type Q Loudspeaker

This beautiful piece stands 23 inches tall above its mahogany base, supporting a 14" diameter mahogany flare. The polished aluminum neck terminates at the lower end in the sphere typical of Brown, but in this case the ball supports a small, silver-plated bird. Base fitting is nickel-plated, and the base contains a 4000 ohm drive unit. Signed "S.G. Brown, LTD". British.
