School Programs

School Programs

From kindergarten to college, we offer exciting opportunities to immerse students in science with the spirit of innovation and invention. All programs are designed to be age appropriate and to spark the curiosity of students, teachers, chaperones, and even the bus drivers. These programs are also available to home school groups.

Guided Tours
Our Guided Tours provide hands-on opportunities for students to learn about electricity, magnetism, sound, and sound recording. Using our world-class collection, we provide first-hand experiences that leave students with lasting memories and inspiration.

Traveling Assembly
We can bring the excitement of the Spark Museum to your school or organization with our traveling assembly. Both modern demonstration equipment and historic artifacts are used to charge and inspire the audience on the topics of static electricity, sound and radio.

Spark Outreach Lessons
In addition to assemblies and guided tours, we also bring hands-on activities to your classroom. Based on the science of the Spark Museum and aligned with the Essential Academic Learning Requirements (EALRs), each lesson enriches your students’ inquiry based science experiences.
