Recycle Your Spent CFL Bulbs at AMRE
CFL bulbs contain trace amounts of mercury and can’t be tossed in the household garbage or recycling bins. AMRE is joining Puget Sound Energy’s CFL Recycling Program by hosting a recycling collection box in the Museum's main lobby. Bring in your spent bulbs, even your friends and neighbors bulbs; and help keep 50,000 CFL bulbs out of landfills! More Info

The Museum's own radio station, KMRE-LP 102.3 FM, can now be heard in historic Fairhaven just south of downtown Bellingham.
